This 4-week heels course starting April 15th is designed to help you feel stronger, more controlled, and more connected to your movement; whether you’re completely new or looking to build solid foundations.
Led by Gee, this is a supportive space where you can learn, grow, and step into your confidence at your own pace.
Week 1 – Positions, Posture & Poise
Learn the foundations of heels technique, including body alignment, balance, and how to carry yourself with confidence.
Week 2 – Turns & Lines
Break down turns step-by-step and start creating clean, controlled lines through your movement.
Week 3 – Flexibility & Floor Work
Explore flexibility, fluidity, and beginner-friendly floorwork to add texture and confidence to your dancing.
Week 4 – Performance
Bring everything together and focus on performance, expression, and owning your movement.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about feeling confident in your body, learning something new, and having fun in a space where you feel supported.

Time: 7:00–8:00pm
