Take two hours for yourself to move, connect and explore contemporary dance in a welcoming, supportive environment. 🤍
Led by our incredible contemporary teacher Millie, this open level workshop is designed for anyone wanting to experience the freedom and emotion that contemporary dance has to offer. Whether you’re completely new to the style or have previous experience, you’ll be guided through technique, movement quality and expressive choreography at a pace that allows you to grow in confidence.
Expect a class that focuses just as much on how movement feels as how it looks, with plenty of opportunities to explore musicality, storytelling and connection to the choreography. 🌿
