At Empower Dance, we run beginner sessions in Heels and Commercial styles, designed to boost confidence, improve technique, and make dance fun for everyone.

Beginner Heels: Get comfortable moving in heels while mastering posture, balance, and basic moves. (Tuesdays 6:00–7:00 PM)

Beginner Commercial: Energetic routines that build rhythm, coordination, and confidence on the dance floor. (Tuesdays 7:00–8:00 PM)
